Barrel Aged White Balsamic Vinegar gives you balsamic's sweet-tangy flavor without the dark color. It is made with 80% grape must (cooked grape juice) and white wine vinegar, using the same methods as dark balsamic but filtered further. It's naturally sweet and thick with no thickeners or sweeteners added, so pale dressings, white fish and fresh fruit keep their color.
